Yoga Salutes Nonviolence Saturday, November 3, 2012 2:00 p.m. Yoga Center of Columbia 8950 Route 108 | Columbia | MD| 21045 (410) 720-4340 Yoga Salutes Nonviolence (YSNV) is a charity event to benefit local domestic violence programs. Participants raise money through sponsorship from family, friends and local businesses to complete 108 Sun Salutations. If you are a Yoga practitioner you may want to be a "Participant," enlisting sponsors and performing the Sun Salutations with us. All proceeds from the event will go directly to the domestic violence agency in the participant's county. If you would like to help in other ways you are encouraged to:

• Become a "Donor" by providing an item such as a basket, gift certificate, etc. which can be sold or raffled.
• Become a "Non-Participating Sponsor" through a cash donation of any amount. If you would like to contribute $108 in lieu of performing the 108 Sun Salutations, it will accomplish wonderful things and make you feel terrific!

You don't have to be a Yoga practitioner to participate! The Sun Salutations are taught free of charge, practice CD's are offered for sale, and practice times are available for participants to build up their stamina and enthusiasm. Free practice times are available at the Yoga Center of Columbia every Friday evening at 6:15 p.m. beginning September 7.
