E! News host Giuliana Rancic, 37, has no problem with sharing her struggles to become a mother and battling breast cancer with fans all over the world. She is blessed to have been diagnosed while in the early stages of the illness unfortunately she was preparing to undergo IVF treatment in the Fall of 2011.

The Rancic's will be able to show their precious baby boy how much they wanted to be parents with their documented reality show Giuliana & Bill.

We are fans of the show!

Giuliana is a very proud Mama to one-month-old Edward Duke who arrived on August 29 via gestational surrogate. She talks motherhood and more in the current issue of Parade magazine.

On motherhood.
“It’s awesome. I knew it was going to be great, especially because we worked so hard at having a baby and we wanted a baby so bad, but it’s even better than I expected. He’s really opening his eyes now, and when he opens his eyes and stares at you for ten minutes at a time while you’re feeding him, you just realize why there’s that mother-son bond and I say to myself: ‘How am I ever going to say no to this kid!’ He’s got me. It’s everything I had hoped for and more.”

On the most surprising thing about motherhood so far.
“I love my sleep. I feel very strongly about getting eight hours of sleep a night. I think that it keeps you healthy and sane, but I wondered how people function when they have to get up at all hours of the night. But you just do it. You function because you enjoy doing it. I think the biggest surprise is probably enjoying those overnight feedings. I love them and look forward to them because I get to spend time with the baby."

On balancing work and baby.
“I see why so many moms get conflicted. Can you have your career and also feel like you’re there for your child? I’m trying to figure that all out. I can see how mothers are conflicted now. I definitely emphasize more a working mom than I ever did before, and I understand stay-at-home moms more than I ever did before because there is such a part of you that just wants to stay at home with the baby and raise kids, but you’re conflicted because you love you’re career. It’s tough and something you have to think about.”

Proud PaPa, Bill Rancic tweeted the  adorable pic [above] of lil Rancic after his morning bath a few days ago saying, "Bath time is finally over...take a look at who's ready for some football!!"
