- A U.S. firm plans to clear an area of rainforest ten times the size of Manhattan, to produce palm oil in Cameroon, Africa. If this project moves forward it will destroy critical farm land and the home of rare birds and animals, like the Drill Monkey.
- U.S. coal companies have decided to ship their dirty coal overseas. Coal exports could produce more annual CO2 pollution than the Keystone XL pipeline.
