49 year old Columbia MD resident is accused of Indecent exposure. He was caught doing it in different places in and around the mall. They have him on survelance tape and he has been arrested. If anyone wants to do anything, feel free to do it elsewhere becasue they don't play with such things in Columbia. You can't even get away with driving with a cracked mirror in Columbia, talk less of exposing ones self. They will throw the book at you and I'm sure that's what he's gong to get. He picked the wrong for his mess.
It is what it is, but the guy picked the wrong place to show how mentally ill he is. If anyone wants to do anything, they can feel free to do it elsewhere because they don't play with such things in Columbia. You can't even get away with driving your car with a cracked windshield in Columbia, talk less of exposing ones self. Don’t even think about it. They will throw the book at you and I'm sure that's what he's gong to get. He picked the wrong place for his mess and he will be taught a lesson. I guess we all live and learn and he will be doing a lot of learning…
